Full-service landscape design and construction — from initial concept through final grade. One team, one vision, zero handoffs.
Most landscaping projects fail because they're treated as a series of disconnected jobs — one contractor grades, another installs drainage, a third lays stone, and someone else handles the planting. The result is a yard that looks patched together and a homeowner left managing a string of handoffs. We do it differently.
Ready to transform your outdoor space?
Coob's Landscaping handles the full scope of a landscape project — design, grading, drainage, hardscaping, lawn installation, and planting — under one roof. Corby personally walks your property with you at the start, understands how you want to use each area of your yard, and develops a plan that addresses both the functional problems and the aesthetic goals at the same time.
A design-build project with Coob's typically includes:
Because one crew handles every phase, we can sequence the work correctly — drainage and grading first, hardscaping second, lawn and planting last — so nothing gets disturbed by the next phase. There's no miscommunication between contractors, no one pointing fingers at the other trade, and no gaps in accountability.
Design-build is especially well-suited to yards that need significant rework: a sloped lot that floods in the rain, a backyard that's never been properly graded, or a property being prepared for sale that needs to make a strong first impression. We also handle new construction cleanup, where builders leave compacted subgrade and rough topography that needs professional finishing before a lawn will grow properly.
Corby personally handles every estimate — no sales reps, no project managers, no handoffs. When you meet with us for a quote, you're meeting the person who will be on your property every day until the job is done.
1. Site Walk & Consultation
Corby visits your property, walks every area with you, and listens to what's working and what isn't. He'll identify drainage issues, slope problems, and opportunities you may not have noticed. No charge, no obligation.
2. Proposal
You receive a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. If the project has multiple phases, those are broken out clearly so you can prioritize.
3. Construction
Work is sequenced correctly — earthwork and drainage before hardscaping, hardscaping before lawn. Corby is on site throughout the project and communicates directly with you as decisions come up.
4. Finished Yard
You get a yard that functions the way it should — water flows where it should, surfaces are stable, and the space is one you'll actually use. Most projects are completed in two to five days depending on scope.
No handoffs, no gaps in accountability. Tell us what you're working with and Corby will put together a free quote.
