Corby personally walks your property with you at the start, understands how you want to use each area of your yard, and develops a plan that addresses both the functional problems and the aesthetic goals at the same time.

A design-build project with Coob's typically includes:

• Site walk and consultation — understanding your goals, problem areas, and budget
• Grading and earthwork to reshape slopes, create flat spaces, and direct water away from structures
• Drainage solutions — French drains, downspout extensions, swales, and culverts where needed
• Boulder walls and retaining structures to manage grade changes and create usable terraces
• Natural stone steps, pathways, patios, fire pit areas, and seating
• Sod installation and lawn preparation for a finished, clean look
• Planting bed preparation and edging

1. Site Walk & Consultation
Corby visits your property, walks every area with you, and listens to what's working and what isn't. He'll identify drainage issues, slope problems, and opportunities you may not have noticed. No charge, no obligation.

2. Proposal
You receive a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. If the project has multiple phases, those are broken out clearly so you can prioritize.

3. Construction
Work is sequenced correctly — earthwork and drainage before hardscaping, hardscaping before lawn. Corby is on site throughout the project and communicates directly with you as decisions come up.

4. Finished Yard
You get a yard that functions the way it should — water flows where it should, surfaces are stable, and the space is one you'll actually use. Most projects are completed in two to five days depending on scope.
